They don't teach vulnerability and active listening in computer school, but they're the skills Keith most frequently pulls out of his innovation toolbox.
I think there's a 3rd category of people Keith didn't list - those who know that they will never know everything, and embrace it with curiosity and an open mindset. This goes hand in hand with vulnerability - which creates the space in which we can learn and grow. I also love the idea of a pre-mortem.
